1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing devtechs.ai or licensing software from DevTechs AI Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software Licensing
LedgerPro is licensed, not sold. Software licenses are issued per store counter or installation machine based on the acquired plan. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or cracking of license verification keys is strictly prohibited.
3. Data Backup Responsibility
Because LedgerPro is an offline-first desktop application running locally on your hardware, you are solely responsible for executing periodic database backups using the automated backup utilities provided.
4. Support & Maintenance
Technical support and software version upgrades are provided in accordance with active software maintenance agreements.
