1. Evaluation & Live Demonstration
We offer full 1-on-1 live demonstrations and software evaluation periods to ensure LedgerPro meets all your counter, printing, and inventory requirements prior to license purchase.
2. Software License Refunds
Due to the nature of digital license keys, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial license issuance if the software fails to install or operate on verified supported Windows hardware configurations.
